Apply to be a Licensed Massage Therapist at Ascent Physical Therapy

Ascent Physical Therapist, PLLC is looking to hire a Part-Time progressing to Full Time Licensed Massage Therapist to join our fast-growing team. Based in North Massapequa, Long Island, we’re looking for a committed and energetic Licensed Massage Therapist to provide world-class therapy services to our clients. Success in this role will be measured upon successful treatment outcomes, customer satisfaction, timely and accurate documentation of clinical notes, as well as meticulous attention paid to current and former clients. This role has the potential to convert to Full Time.

About Us

Ascent Physical Therapy is where endurance athletes and active adults from across Long Island can learn, grow, and achieve a life free of pain. We strive to ensure that our clients receive world class customer care on top of the best possible physical therapy care. Our ultimate goal is to get clients back to the life they wish to live. We also provide functional assessments for those who wish to improve their activity efficiency, performance, or the way they move in general.

We are a low-volume, cash-based clinic where treatment is not dictated by insurance companies. Your days will be spent helping clients one-on-one (not writing notes) to reach their fullest potential. • Flexible and open to change as our practice continues to grow and evolve.

  • Expertise in using a blend of sports physical therapy, injury prevention and performance training to deliver the highest level of results to our clients.

  • Adept at building lasting relationships and trust with our clients through open communication and empathy

  • Willing to learn and expand your knowledge of working in a private practice (will entail having conversations with prospective clients about benefits of cash-based practices).
